Mohsin Ali is a Chartered Accountant, certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), with 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, and auditing. Beginning his career with EY, one of the largest firms in world, he gained in-depth exposure to multinational and local clients in UAE across a diverse range of industries, including both financial and non-financial sectors.

At Mirbano, Mohsin leads the implementation of tailored accounting software, Bookkeeping services, Internal Controls redesigning and monitoring, and other solutions to meet the specific needs of businesses, leveraging his expertise to drive financial efficiency and compliance.

Mushtaq Abdul Nasir is a Director at Mirbano, with over 25 years of experience in finance, strategy, and business advisory. Starting his career with PwC in Audit & Advisory, he went on to hold senior leadership roles across multiple industries including banking, oil marketing, telecom, travel, and textiles, working with both local and international organizations in Pakistan, UAE, US, UK, and Canada.

At Mirbano, Mushtaq drives strategy, growth, and innovation, leveraging his expertise in business advisory, mergers & acquisitions, project management, and ERP/digital transformation. With a strong track record in strengthening global partnerships and leading cross-border teams, he continues to guide businesses in achieving sustainable growth and operational excellence.
